The trash can at the trailhead has been overflowing for weeks.

There is no excuse for letting this trash can be so full for so long. Who is responsible for it? They should take care of this immediately or be faced with a fine for negligence of duty.

It is a bit of a mystery why this garbage can us not regularly emptied. It should be on a regular pick up schedule. I thought the city monitored seeclickfix for just this sort of issue. Parks and Rec., Public Works, Marchand. No one seems to have noticed.
