Webster Brook constantly floods our parking lot when it rains City of NB says it's Newington's responsibility Newington says it's Nee Britain's responsibility Dumpsters end up floating across our lot, and cars have been totaled from the flooding Is there any way we can work with the two towns to get the obstruction cleared??
