Description

The gray house at the corner of South Winooski and Spruce Street has water coming out of a pipe dumping onto the sidewalk. It is creating icy and treacherous conditions on the sidewalk. The pipe is coming out of the lower right-hand corner of the garage. It appears to be placed there intentionally.
