Descrição

This vehicle has not moved in nearly 3 weeks.
YES, it is registered.
YES, it belongs to a neighbor in the area.
NO, it is not operable.
Whether it has been in a hit and run or not is irrelevant - the CVC and VMC prohibit it from remaining on the street, yet the other neighbors vehicles, particularly the limo, are regularly reported and continuously tagged to be moved, despite them being in perfect working order and driven regularly.
On the other hand, this vehicle is a hazard due to the front end damage, and an eyesore/blight. There is significant damage to the vehicle - both airbags are deployed and the windshield is broken; there is a metal bar hanging out of the engine compartment as well. Why is this vehicle knowingly allowed to sit here in this condition, yet other that are not wrecked are repeatedly tagged for removal?
