I have called the bank that holds this property twice since June 16. They said they will send a crew. Nobody has shown up yet! Time for City of Chicopee to take action on the bank to maintain this property!

This property is becoming overgrown again and the bushes are encroaching on my property. The picket fence is falling apart and an eyesore! This property is a rodent factory! Groundhogs are burrowing around the foundation because of lack of maintenaince!

Tired of living next to this eyesore! Why don't they sell this property and get it back in shape!

I agree. I too live just down the street from this property and it’s disgusting and the city has done nothing about it. It’s an eyesore and is becoming a breeding ground for rodents.

49 Lachine street has Grass over 3 feet tall and the issue has been reported 2 times with no results.
We now have a skunk issue on the street again.

These properties are suppose to be fined daily. That will never happen until we have a full time code enforcement officer.
