Per Detroit Furnace, proposal to convert to an 80% 75,000 Furnace from octopus furnace, abestos abatement, all new ducts work, water heater, all new equipment with change filter. A 40 gallon water tank replacement. In 2 family flat (Address 1136 Lenox, cost: $10,000) also needs replacement to 80% 75000 Furnce and 40 gallon hot water heater tank.
