Is this an annual problem?

Anyone with common sense can see there is not enough space to safely pedal next to heavy traffic along those curves. My guess is that the city has wisely decided not to encourage cycling there. Next we'll see if activist convictions disagree.

I have wondered about safety there. My Primary Care doctor was injured riding a bike there.
