Description
Vehicles constantly idling outside of hospital in a no-idling zone. Transport ambulances are the worst offenders, who often park/idle for hours while the drivers sleep inside with the heat/AC on.

If a vehicle is observed to be running its engine while stationary refer caller to Air Management Services at 215-685-7580 if the vehicle is a bus, large commerical truck or construction equipment.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), refer the caller to the Police Department or Parking Authority.
