Description

With the building of a new home at 20 Russell Street , what little parking was available is now nil. There are cars parking as far down as the corner of Russell and Warwick making it difficult to navigate the hill. No parking signs should be installed on the hill from Warwick street to at least the driveway for 61 Warwick street...and a new sign for no parking should be installed on the off side of the street. There is a sigh there now but it is so old the wording is fade and hard to read.
