This lot has been empty for over 25 years. The city has refused to do something that is for the better of that Latino community. Additional parking would be greatly appreciated. As it is the lot is a current hire hazard, there is a lot of dry grass, trash, rodents in this area.

Start enforcing people to stop blocking others from parking in their garages there should not be a car in front of another’s Owner garage. It is on the lengthy escrow for La Esperanza homes. These homes have gone out of control for the last 3-5 Years. The City of Dixon Needs to do something about this situation.
