Description

The blind dude who walks N. Union keeps smashing into overgrown hedges and tree branches. All the way across sidewalk and down to waist level. This is the worst spot, but he says the whole street has bad spots. He's a cool guy and a good sport, but it's absolutely ridiculous to let the branches do that.

Not sure which house is responsible.
