101 Eagle Street - currently has Zoning Application and building Permit Application (per Tamar @ Building Department {RZC-001167-2021 and BLD-R-001926-2021 ] - this is to remove third floor kitchen and cap pipes/remove appliances; for the purpose of making the third floor accessory to the living space in the the second floor apartment.
