City Codes Enforcement Officers contacted th eproperty owner yesterday with respect to this matter. A formal notice of violation was issued and the owner directed to cleanup the property. This is the first step in the State-mandated process that we must follow in addressing code violation issues.
The property is currently for sale, which usually motivates an owner to more quickly address the condition of a property.
