  Dear Public Works:

  Thanks you for your help. The home is a news construction and is currently unoccupied, so we are not able to resolve this by contacting the neighborn to request they comply with the code. The light from these fixtures is strong enough to enter the bedrooms of our home and are currently on 24/7.
