With the understanding that Reservoir Avenue is a private way, can the DPW provide a cost estimate for the improvement of the road surface which will be an expense incurred by the residences that exist along Reservoir Avenue? Any further guidance or suggestion regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated. I have received a quote from a private paving company, but the cost estimate seems outside the range of what the neighbors likely can accept.
