Description

This property has been a problem for years...suspected illegal activity and a man shot in front the other night. See: http://www.newhavenindependent.org/index.php/archives/entry/man_shot_in_leg_in_east_rock/#c89779 Can something be done to (absentee) landlord to get him to monitor activities on his property?

this is a dangerous area. there are two dogs that live nearby (not at 48) that have attacked multiple times and nothing has been done. it's not just 48 Lawrence that's dangerous, it's that area in general.

I often see little kids running around late at night with no parental supervision there. Where are the parents? Is there a way to force the landlord to deal with unruly, irresponsible, or dangerous tenants?

A website gives a (203) 777-0905 for William Santillo properties in New Haven. Has anyone tried calling them?
