This is a eye sore and poor neighbor have to deal with this issue on a daily basis was told that wife lets anyone move in cause she wants money. Wow Drugs going in and out shots fired in home. Sad when you can't even let your kids outside to play for fear of there safety... CLEAN IT UP CANTON OR TEAR IT DOWN>> TO MANY OF THESE EXIST MAKE SLUM LORD BECAME LANDLORD AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS ....

Cited exterior repairs, mowing and clean up. 30/7 day order.

Grass still has not been mowed. Wondering if it has been abandoned windows have been open most of the week and cloths piled on the porch for the last week.

Call the Police to have come lock up Property. I am tired of living next to this mess. Lets keep it moving people... One down 2 to go.

5/29/14 10 day order for grass not done. Sending to Law Dept. for prosecution.

We are still waiting to see if they are going to make the repairs required on the 30 day notice. Unless they have abandoned the property then we would like to see it on the demo list.

Today new tenants moved in Shaking my Head... Who is responsible for this property to be cleaned up come on people lets get something done.... YOU DON"T LIFE NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY I DO>>>>> IT IS NASTY AND I AM SURE A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION...

30 days have come and gone and no outside repair. I would hate to think of the code issues inside.

Like I said before do your jobs and follow thru with this just make you guys look bad Do your jobs so we don't have to.

Just like the other posting closing the issue while still a problem is not acceptable. An update would be appreciated. We need to get these properties in compliance and cleaned up. Land lords should not be allowed to collect money from renters and bring down the value of our homes.

AMEN But then again THIS DON'T HAPPEN IN THERE NEIGHBOR HOODS DOES IT CITY... NO CAUSE YOUR THE FIRST PEOPLE TO GET IT DONE. NOW DO SOMETHING.

There a real nice solution to the problem sweep under rug like always....Problem is they don't want to hear the honest truth I wonder if the Newspapers and News Stations would make them get on this faster.....Making some calls Good thing I know Eric Mansfield.. Good Friends of ours...
