I have contacted Jeff Pescolito about this and the construction patch in front of 141 Valley- he says its on list, but it has been over 8 months. Why are we not holding contractors liable for proper permanent repairs ( I know you have to allow time for settling otherwise the repair won't last) but this is absurd.

Any company who did the excavations should be responsible. The one by the demolition has really sunk.
