After conversation with the property owner, they asked me to delete this complaint, since they had reported the sidewalk issue on themselves. They were not aware that the property owner is responsible for repairs on the adjacent sidewalk. We discussed the City 50/50 sidewalk program, all they need to do is call the engineering office to participate.
