A majority of the people that live on that block with cars have shelled out the $20 to get Zone 5 parking permits, but they are not protected from going over the 2 hour limit. Nearby DePalma Ct. is a 2 hour parking zone with an exception for vehicles with Zone 5 stickers. The same exception should be made for people on Wooster St.
