Site has no automated irrigation and is currently under maintenance agreement to address the trash, graffiti, weeds and manual tree watering of over 100 trees. Seeding of annual herbaceous plants id done during the late winter and supplemental mulching is scheduled during the late Fall, this is all part of the planned outcome for the trail. To have large trees along a walking/riding path, thank you.

Seeding is scheduled for the week of November 8th, thank you.
