When you drive on highway 2 east-bound it branches out just as you arrive to highway 3. The left branch which ultimate turns left in route 3 north-bound has two lanes. The traffic on one of those two lanes often blocks the entire highway 2 so the cars that want to turn right to enter route 3 south-bound are stuck there.

Please reduce the left-turn branch from two lanes to a single lane. There is absolutely no good reason why there should be two lanes there because the left branch starts with a single lane, then becomes two lanes then become one lane again after the traffic light.

By converting the left branch into a single not only the right branch will no longer get blocked, but the left branch will also move more smoothly and becomes less dangerous since there would be less lane changes.
