Construction for the new mixed use building on Howe and Chapel begins construction before the noise ordinance's guidelines- I've called the police three times. Bordered by at least three apartment buildings, the noise is particularly excessive for residents attempting to maintain a normal sleep schedule. For instance, yesterday I was woken by the shaking of my entire apartment. For the level of noise emitted, this schedule will not do for a residential area.
