this house rarely takes in its trash receptacles. Tenants simply throw their trash in them all week as they remain on the sidewalk. this lanord has been fined for repeated violations and doesn't seem to care. how long until something is done about this?

It is Saturday, day 10 of these on the sidwalk. I would like a record of the citation issued please. This has been going on for over the last year, in addition to other tenant-related issues.
