Looks like the V-Ditch needs to be clean out too!! Leaves in V-Ditch slows down flow of water and could cause flooding.

So in the case of city owned portions it’s still up to nearby homeowners to maintain? This response is clearly the product of a total lack of interest or concern on the part of Vallejo. Perhaps someone should actually go look into the matter before issuing canned responses! Disappointed once again, this is the best you have after asking for 9 months?
