I am one of many who have suffered from L&I violations and manipulation by LPMG property management. I, like others, just wanted my lease to end so I could leave without having to take them to court or pay early lease cancelation fees. Now that I am out I am speaking out about holes in walls, toxic gas leaks, and being hung up on and ignored and blown off when reporting a problem. This company should be investigated and shut down! I am confident that any investigation would turn up plenty of evidence to close down this horrible company.
