I have lived in the same apt on the Green for 10 years and over the past month or so I have noticed a sharp increase in packs of kids loitering by the benches and bus stop on the Green (between Church and Temple) yelling, screaming and swearing at each other or at people or cars going by. They're not waiting for busses -- just hanging out. The noise level has gotten ridiculous! And the screaming out expletives is out of control! Starting at dusk and going late into the evening. Weeknights -- not just weekends.
