ABUSED DOG! This poor doggies was tied to a cinder block on a 2-foot leash without food or water. At least these A-Hole owners left a Boom Box on to keep him company, that is until, the batteries ran out. This Poor Doggie Barked today Frida Oct 1st from 9AM - 6:30PM. I left for work at 7AM. My girlfriend spent all day calling various phone numbers related to animal abuse to no avail. The OPD non-emergency NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE! On HOLD for HOURS! When I arrived home at 6:30 PM, I got my ladder out and took a VIDEO OF THIS SUFFERING ANIMAL. I then went to my kitchen to retrieve a knife to cut the dog loose. As I was climbing the fence, the young son (27yrs?) ELI arrived and unhooked the dog. I cursed him out but he ignored me. Rosario Ortega owns and abuses this animal DAILY. I have trying off/on for months to gain access to an Animal Control Officer. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!! This Dog BARKS constantly! Is left alone for days with no food or water. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS DOG AND PUNISH THESE ABUSERS!
