The hedges at this address are so overgrown that they block the sidewalk, forcing walkers into the street. This was reported to the City months ago and nothing has been done.

Problem with those hedges are that they would need to be removed because they are too big to be a nice neat hedge again. Not that I have a problem with that.. it's just that telling someone to trim their bushes is one thing, telling them to rip up their hedge is another. Looks like a $500 job to me.

Fixed - finally. The city came and trimmed them back last week.
