Every morning Tues through Fri, there are numerous cars double parked on the Kezar side of Frederick waiting for hours to get an all day unenforced parking spot. Ever since the closing of the connection between Waller and GGP the traffic has increased tremendously on Frederick in both directions. With all this traffic and a bus line going through here, all those double parkers need to get ticketed.
