People driving north crossing the arterial STILL have too little time. If the line of cars is more than 5 vehicles long, people need to sit through the light at least twice. I have seen drivers continue through the intersection even after the light turns red to avoid sitting through another cycle. Need to make the green longer for northbound traffic.
