Q. Please describe the issue
A. They have chickens and a rooster which is great to hear but what is most concerning is that they have people sleeping and living in a garage and you can hear at night there are folks in there just concerned the property is a blight in the area. They also have a cantilevered porch you see when you drive down the street that looks like it will fall at any time and I think cantilevered is no longer able to be made to building code God forbid this thing will kill someone should it fall on them
