Thursday morning 5:10 am spotlights came on in driveway, upon looking a very large rat walked in my driveway and entered the property behind me.

Friday morning 4:15am spotlights came on and a rat was crossing my drive way and entered the property behind me.

Just WHO am I supposed to contact to end this problem??????

So do we leave this so I have the same issue in the spring?

If the property owner fails to comply, a civil infraction ticket will then be issued and a pre-trial date will be scheduled.
