The light is operating like the Kroger is still open, with left-turn arrows which nobody uses. I often have to stop for this light for no apparent reason, there is almost no traffic at all going into the storage facility that replaced the Kroger. Actually, I have never observed a car turning in there.

e are aware of the issues at this intersection. When the contractor came through and milled the asphalt on Pio Nono Ave., the damaged the detection loops at all the traffic lights. This is why the Kroger side is being cycled too. They will be coming back and cutting new loops in the near future which will take care of this issue.
