Cars are parked on the right side corner of Dwelley st. when you try to make a right off Tuttle st. on to Dwelley you can't . Cars are parked right up to the corner. It is illegal to park on a corner but the police Do Nothing and I never see tickets....I wonder why!

It definitely is a bad intersection because you never know what could happen. I swear sometimes I'm ready to turn left onto Dwelly and some car will coming flying around and you have to keep an eye out to make sure you can make it. Sometimes they just barely stop it seems.

David, Agree with that fully. Nobody cares. Maybe they should be analyzing where are bad areas. Just imagine it with snow, even worse. But at least sometimes and I use that loosely. There are no cars on that side. But they don't even enforce that when they put a snowban. I honestly would love to call the cops on cars that park on the wrong side during a ban. I have a garage and one of my neighbors was parked on the opposite side. Almost out in the street because they parked on the side of a big snow pile. Made it hell trying to back into my garage when there is hardly any room as it is when it snows.
Go around the city and find the trouble spots, you can easily find them by driving them or watching how cars maneuver.
