Looks like curb near hydrant settled significantly with the street. In winter this area holds ice in the roadway after street treatment and refreeze.

Cars do cross the centerline to avoid ice in the road at this location

In addition to the pedestrians the trees are also being drowned

Only dangerous options for cyclists after snow or rain: 1) ride on ice or deep water with unknown road hazards that cant be seen under the water’s surface or 2) ride far into the road lane with traffic that is distracted and driving irregularly to avoid the puddle/ice/oncoming traffic

Potholes plus huge amounts of standing water at this location so everything gets soaked when cars drive along this narrow road, please fix!!

The asphalt is increasingly breaking up as the ground settles next to the curb

Looks like the curb itself is sinking down to make the puddle and splashing worse sidewalk peds are trapped against the concrete wall and get SOAKED by passingcars
