#Uneven sidewalk due to tree roots
* This is a big problem as my yard is being damaged as well and my mom tripped and fell a lot because of the uneven sidewalk and the roots... please remove the 3 trees labelled in the photos attached

No, this is a tree problem, and the roots of the tree pass under the sidewalk and ruin the grass of my yard. It is necessary to remove trees and repair sidewalks.

The tree roots have gone from under the sidewalk towsrds my lawn. So not only do I want the sidewalk repaired, but also remove all the tree roots as well. Just the roots, not the tree.

It has been 30 days but no one has yet to work on this problem. The root is still under the sidewalk, causing inconvenience to others. In addition, it is also within my yard, causing property damage.

I see. However if the tree itself is not removed the same situation will keep occurring. The roots will grow back and go underneath the concrete and, subsequently, my own yard.

I wish to know when we can expect the root trimming to occur. I understand it is during this Summer, however an estimation would be well.

When will the sidewalk repair commence? It has been more than a few months after the inspection and would be told that it would occur Spring/Summer of 2022. Now it is October. The original post began around November 2021.

Sidewalk is worse than when I first made request in 2021.

It has been since 2021 with this request having been made. The sidewalk has now become far worse than it was in its original state. Public property is being affected by the tree roots. I was told that action would be taken in Spring/Summer of 2022 but nothing has happened yet. Such work was done on a tree from across our house in accordance with Howard County government. So why has this not been taken care of yet?
