This neighbor repeatedly walks out her way to come harass me while I’m disabled as well it’s very stressful for me she says provocative words as she walks by.she has called police on me for no reason and the police has told her to leave me alone she is the reason for all the disputes in the neighborhood and my therapist has told me to contact you guys because I can not live in this environment with my conditions.please solve this

Thank you for reporting the issue to the City of Bridgeport. The police came out and instructed the neighbor to refrain from harassing you. There is not much that the city can do, only that when the harassment occurs, call the police. We would suggest that you also contact the following:
The Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) receives and investigates allegations of discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and credit transactions because of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, marital status, past or present history of mental disorder (employment) mental disability or lawful source of income (housing and public accommodations) mental retardation, learning disability, physical disability, sexual orientation or family status.
The agency also receives complaints alleging denial of state license and/or state employment due to prior conviction of a crime. Where a violation is found, the Commission provides appropriate relief.
