Trash including mattress STILL in front yard 2 weeks after tenant left and a week after asking LCI to look into it. Trash is also at approx. 36 lawrence street, a few doors down and around the corner from 30 NASH, also 2 weeks after move and approx 1 week after report to LCI. Is H, the owner of 30 Nash taking the city seriously?

There is a waiting list for bulk trash pickup of at least a month. Also the city is now charging $50 for a bulk task pickup. So unless someone is going to pay, the city probably isn't coming. The city can theoretically however fine property owners up to $100/day for trash left on the curb.

Well then lets start fineig the bank $100 a day. With the bonuses their execs take I think they can afford it. If it was just a tax paying homeowner I am sure the fines would be mounting. Besides the city could use the income.
You can also ask your Alderperson to press LCI as to why they are not pressing the bank with fines.

This is the third time in the last couple of months that bulk trash has been left on the side of this property. It's blocking the sidewalk and looks horrible. Why can't this be resolved?

I checked yesterday and LCI has issued citations, but the trash has still not been cleaned up.
