No response yet. I just left another voicemail with Bill Dwyer at 617-349-4851 concerning this issue. That was on mid day Friday, it is now late Monday night and I have not heard back from him. Since they never return my calls, I do not anticipate receiving one. I will call whenever I get the chance from now on.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone will Tim at DPW and he could not retrieve my original work order! Awesome.

Explicitly describing the fact that the section of road with an issue does not have potholes at the moment, but has excessive patches making a large uneven area of road. This is leading to tremendous amounts of vibration that shakes my apartment building caused by tractor-trailers .

Let's see what happens now.

Finally! Early this morning, a crew ripped up the section that needed to be fixed and paved it nicely...all within a matter of 3 hours. Hooray!
