  It is not private property but there are parking restrictions of when you can park on this street and this car has been illegally parked for over 2 weeks.

  The vehicle has valid tags and it today is Monday when I checked. No violation today, the parking restriction is Tues and Thursday 9am-4pm. It may be better to call the non emergency line 410 222-8610 when you see this vehicle parked at this location on a Tuesday or Thursday and report it as a parking violation. They will dispatch an Officer in the area to investigate. I am not always in the area on these days. I will attempt more checks but it is best to call when it is in progress on the restrictive days.
