A. Whoever designed this light cycle is pure evil (or lacks common sense) Turn lights go at beginning and end of cycle (even then they are offset), causing east and west bound traffic to build up and holding up north and south bound traffic for no reason. This light should be identical to 82nd and 49th. Turns light should go once and then be an open green light to turn left. This will prevent excess length of lights and unnecessary stopping of north and south bound traffic.
