The 2 grates in the photo have been reset/replaced - but none of the grates outside of the photo view. There exists at least 5 trip hazards / holes. So issue is still open.

Since this was reported almost 2 years ago condition has worsened. More grates have deteriorated and have witnessed at least one occasion of a person tripping due to hole.
