Not quite sure what you are asking ? Residents do not have to purchase trash tags if they want to continue to use blue bags.

Residents are using the barrels with out blue bags and no sticker on the barrels. I’m just saying trash is being collected for folks that are not following the guidelines. If you have a barrel and no blue bags in the barrels, you need a 2022 red sticker. I hope this clarifies my message.

today(residents were given a two week grace period to buy new tags) if it’s not in blue Malden bags. I will reinforce this with them. Thank you for reporting.
