This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Hi there, we wanted to close the loop on your recent SeeClickFix request. We’re happy to provide an update for you! Parking Enforcement responded on 2/8/22 and marked/tagged the listed vehicle. He returned today and the vehicle has not moved. The vehicle was issued a parking citation for a miscellaneous parking violation. At this time, the vehicle does not meet the requirements under Community Caretaking to legally remove it from the public city street. He will continue to monitor the vehicle and enforce any further violations to help gain compliance.
