The Parking Lot behind the James R. Hallford Stadium located at the GA Perimeter College-Clarkston Campus site is horrific on vehicles. DeKalb School buses shuttle students daily from this parking lot and year after year worthless patchwork has been done but no real major repairs on the repavement of the lot used by school buses and cars. Multiple potholes cover the lot and uneven pavement is throughout. Makes for a very rough ride everyday and hard on buses and personal vehicles that have to let the children out at the parking lot every morning and pick them up. Can overall repavement project be done? This could have easily been done over the summer when there was less us of the parking lot. I am sure GPC Stadium goers would appreciate a fix as well. It can be especially dangerous in bad weather and ice storms.

311 Citizen Call Center (Martida)
Thank you for contacting the call center, the request has been submitted over to the Roads and Drainage department and they will send an inspector out to the location to inspect the lot and give it a rating.
The Roads and Drainage Division responds to requests for street resurfacing and/or paving. Each year a DeKalb County road rating engineering technician inspects approximately 2,115 miles of County roadway (consisting of more than 8,122 streets) using elements of the Georgia Department of Transportation's (DOT) pavement condition rating system to evaluate the structural condition of the roadways.
Twelve kinds of pavement distress are evaluated and each road will have a score between 0 and 60. Those streets with ratings of 30 or higher are eligible for submission to the Georgia DOT for possible resurfacing under their Local Assistance Resurfacing Program (LARP).
Have a great day and thank you
