Description

The illegal work goes as follows (photos added) :

• The wall opening between the living room and kitchen has been rearranged. The opening that led to the kitchen from living room was originally on the left side. Now the opening is on the right side.

• The basement access door has been totally eliminated inside of the unit. Now the only way to gain access to basement is from the belco door in the rear yard.

• White window installed on the back side of unit (might have changed all, will confirm).

• Bathroom and kitchen completely redesigned.
