Description

Tow truck parked on the street at night taking up valuable parking space. This tow truck would bring disabled cars and park them on the street. Several vehicles, including a box truck have been parked for the last week or so. During the day mechanics can be seen working on these cars in the street. Its a traffic hazard, as well as an annoyance to the tax paying property owners and their guests to find alternative parking.
