This obnoxious neighbor is ALWAYS playing his music very loud ESPECIALLY after 9pm. The booming sound travels throughout my whole house like if he has his speaker outside my house. I been dealing with this for about 12 years now because I don't like complaining on people but common and He has no consideration for the people that live around him, People with kids, the Elders and even his own Autistic son. I made several attempts on calling C.A.D(dispatch )over the years and nothing gets resolved Enough is enough already I pay a lot of money on taxes and I can't get sleep in a house that I own. ,..
