This vehicle was tagged by Richmond Police on 7/20. According to the ticket submitted to me by the officer and placed on the vehicle, the owner was given a tow date of 7/27. In the meantime, I will follow up and see if the vehicle is actually a traffic hazard. I appreciate your conern and your help.
